Though we were exceptionally well qualified, we were frustrated as every lender we reached out to wouldn’t return our call as they were extremely busy. Not Mark. He completed our refi at no cost and go us a lower than expected rate. He literally picked up the phone every time I called and made sure he was there with us through the entire process. Even now he reaches out every now and then to check on how we’re doing. We were so impressed by him that we’ve reached out again when we relocated to CO. Our Mortgage Loan officer (MARK VANDEBERG) was excellent! Very personable. Understood the military side of things very well (this was a VA loan refi). The #VA #IRRL I closed on recently will save me over $1400 a year and I still received a rebate check from the lender due to the size of the rebate.
